It’s crazy how home can change for us. It changes when our families move. It changes when the we make our own homes. It changes when we leave home, even if it’s temporary. It changes all the time, but the meaning behind it never does. It’s solitude, it’s restful, peaceful, constant.
When I’m away in Wisconsin it’s home. It’s a home where I am more giddy, I am more carefree. Wisconsin this time did not disappoint. There were so many new stores and places to visit. A new place called Brick and Mortar was to die for. Seriously, I’ve never seen a home goods shop quite like this one. Lucky for you I couldn’t resist taking pictures of their unique and gorgeous pieces.
Afterwards I headed to a store with my favorite girl’s name. Should I share it with you? I think I’ll hold on to that a bit longer, but I’ll show you what they had. Amazing and magical childlike mobiles.
Speaking of little brutes, look at this little one pound babe. Milly’s size in comparison to my 16 inch laptop astounds me.
