Today I am so excited to introduce le bebe Babette. She is le speedy bandouliere by Louis Vuitton and I am oh so excited to have her. I waited for around a year before taking the plunge and purchasing her. I can’t wait to carry her with pride into the office tomorrow like one proud momma.
I went with my friend Meghan who is a Southern Belle tried and true. She is from Atlanta and one of the most chic ladies I know. We celebrated Babette with champagne before heading for dinner at Feast. It’s such a tasty and great American restaurant in Chicago. They had a 2 course meal + glass of wine for $25. The saleswoman was sold! I had the mussels and braised beef with a glass of chianti, nom nom nom.
And for those moments when a purchase begins to make us a bit hesitant? The perfect antidote.
