Will you be in my wedding?

When it comes to asking those nearest and dearest to be in your wedding it’s hard to find the right way. These are the people that mean the most to you and you want by your side when you start your life as a married couple. Do you call over the phone? Do you take them out to eat? Do you send them an invitation? How about just facebooking or texting?

I wanted to make sure I asked the female side of our bridal party in a special and unique way. I saw so many beautiful invitations on but wanted something unique, something I could make myself. So I headed out to papersource and found some beautiful paper and with a glass of white wine I got to writing.

Here’s a preview for two of my program helpers, my flower girl, and my maid of honor. I love how they turned out, and I was able to incorporate our colors into the design. I got such positive feedback from the entire bridal party, so we’re off to a good start.

Now who are these people? I’m happy you asked! Tomorrow I’ll introduce you to the ladies of our wedding party!

  1. They are lovely. It's so much easier doing it yourself, and it saves money!

You have lovely handwriting : )

  2. Thank you for your great work and… this Blog is a really pleasant surprise! Keep up the good work!

  3. Those turned out great and how sweet to add a personal touch. I love that!

I see you've been a busy lady! Congrats on the new job and for setting a date. I hope this is a great year for you.
